Background of Clinical Indications It is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of lung, diabetes, kidney and advanced sarcoidosis and other diseases; Increased: seen in patients with tuberculosis, hepatic cirrhosis, acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis and other liver diseases, hyperthyroidism; also seen in patients with diabetes, iritis, immunoblasts disease etc. Decreased: seen in patients with asthma, acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, spontaneous pneumothorax, colitis, pulmonary fibrosis, adult respiratory distress syndrome and other lung diseases.
