Meihua L form Aerobic Culture Bottle is providing the reproduction of bacterium with nutrition and growth factor by culture media, which consist of nutrient substances such as peptone, yeast and vitamin etc in the culture bottles. As bacterium’s growth in the culture media will generate carbon dioxide, if there are bacteria in the tested specimen, with reproduction of bacteria, the generated carbon dioxide will turn the color of sensor at bottom of culture bottle from aquamarine into yellow, the growth of bacteria can be detected by checking color by equipment. Aerobic Culture Bottles are used for early diagnosis of bacteria, sepsis by testing the patient blood specimen and useful for detection of aerobic bacterial in sterile body fluid/ solution.
