They allow to improve the bone density with an atraumatic technique of application of direct physiological functional stimuli, always controlled by the professional. The atraumatic threaded design limits surgical damage and allows for controlled and gradual expansion. Kit includes a lance drill, an osteotomy disc, twelve expanders, three insertion keys, a ratchet and a concave active apex expander with sinus lift function.
