Freeze dryers of this series are designed for the laboratory or product development. Depending on the size of the unit, the free-standing units have an ice capacity of 5 to 40 kg and a footprint of up to 2.7 m². These units are equipped as standard with a vacuum valve for regulating the vacuum and a separating valve between the drying chamber and the condenser. In relation to the footprint, these units are characterised by a compact design. The cladding is made entirely of stainless steel and is therefore resistant to all commercially available disinfectants. Features / options of this series: CIP (cleaning in place) Spray nozzles mounted in the chamber and condenser ensure intensive cleaning. SIP (sterilization in place) (from sublimator 15) Chamber and condenser are designed as pressure vessels, so that steam sterilisation in place is possible. Alternatively, H2O2 is also possible. GMP-FDA compliant Taking the guidelines into account, the systems meet the highest demands for production in compliance with cleanroom standards.
