Semi-adjustable dental articulator Mini-Arti ZS1

Functional and easy to use, Zirkonzahn’s Mini-Arti ZS1 offers a double advantage: it is a practical tool for simulating opening, closing, protrusion, retrusion and laterotrusive movements of single crowns and small bridges, and, at the same time, it is also a valuable instrument for professional communication between dentist and dental technician. The Mini-Arti ZS1 has been specially designed for use with prototype models created with the CAD software Zirkonzahn.Modellier or Zirkonzahn.Modifier. After the models are milled, for example from the Model Blank resin, or printed with the Zirkonzahn P4000 printer, they are inserted into the articulator with the generated connections and fixed with the corresponding screws. Special: Under the foldout support you can find an Allen key to tight and loosen the screws for fixing the models in the Mini-Arti ZS1. For a better view of the model, the mini-articulator can be tilted to 70° on the working table by means of a foldout support. In addition, with the incisal pin, it is possible to adjust the vertical dimension individually. The mini articulator is conceived for small restorations but can be used also for full arch models. This is the ideal tool for delivering or discussing with the practitioner any kind of dental job produced from intraoral scanners.
