BASINGLEAD is a high-tech enterprise mainly based on biomechanics and ergonomicscombined with potential and existing injuries in the process of human movement,using high-performance new materials and 3D printing technology, and focusing onthe research, development, production and sales of 3D shoe accessories.
The research and development team is composed of experienced doctors ofpolymermaterials, doctors ofthree-dimensional measurement and calculation, doctors ofsports rehabilitation, full-time coaches of sportsschools, athletes, etc. Basinglead has applied for 7 invention patents, 15 utilitymodels, 10 software copyrights, 8 appearance patents,8 trademarks, and 3 overseaspatents. The products have passed safety tests, obtaining CE, ROHS certificates.
A 4,500-square-meter sports and health 3D digital factory has been built, and 200sets of production equipment have been invested. lt has been rated as a nationalhigh-tech enterprise, a national science and technology small and medium-sizedenterprise, a star cloud enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and a demonstration base forpopular science education in Nanjing. At present, it is the largest 3D printing shoeaccessories factory in China.Basinglead successively developed 3D foot scanner, 3D insole design software,industrial production-grade 3D printer, standardized post-processing productionequipment, functional 3D print sports insoles, 3D print slippers, rehabilitation medi-cal-grade 3D print orthopedic insoles, and 3D print orthopedic slippers, exported tothe Americas, Europe, and Asia, and received widely acclaimed.
