What is Butadyl®?

For the past 20 years, Butadyl® has established itself as a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to traditional butyl and Hypalon gloves. Butadyl® is a modified carboxylated acrylonitrile butadiene compound developed by polymerizing butadiene, acrylonitrile, and methacrylonitrile. Additional polymers are added to reach our unique formula. Available in two versions, our original Butadyl®, and our newly developed high-performance Butadyl® Black, these polymers are conceived to address the ever -changing needs of the glove box work.

Compared to some gloves on the market that are only tested/certified for a few chemicals, Butadyl® is certified for 20 different compounds.
