The FRAMIRAL Company consists of a team of experienced technicians and engineers, strongly advised by physiotherapists and doctors specializing in dizziness and instability. It was born in Cannes on November 29, 1991.

The first device that has been invented, the Stimulopt, an optokinetic stimulation instrument, is in its 4th generation and is still enjoying great success in France and Europe.

The second highlight appeared in 1994-1995 with the manufacturing and marketing of the Multitest-Equilibre, a static and dynamic platform, one of the best-selling in Europe.

This device, which was marketed in the USA by MICROMEDICAL TECHNOLOGIE under the name BALANCE QUEST, arouses great interest among health professionals who are interested in the therapy of balance disorders. It is now replaced by the brand new model MULTITEST BALANCE CONTROL.

Framiral has since continued to be a major player in the innovation of treatments for vestibular disorders, and more particularly motion sickness, notably with virtual reality solutions (Frami-3D).
