Heliocos GmbH is a medical technology company from the dental industry with headquarters in Karlsruhe, in the south-west of Germany. We focus on implant abutments and dental drivers.

In 2010 Heliocos started with a unique implant system, which represented a completely new concept in implantology. Safe - easy - gentle.

Compatible dental abutments have been the focus of our development since 2016. Before we put implant abutments on the market, we invest a great deal of energy and time in developing and proving the compatibility, clinical safety and performance of our products. We can combine extensive knowledge from the fields of dental technology as well as from materials science and technical mechanics in the company.

We are breaking new ground when it comes to measuring implant components, so that we have gained unique insights into the products of our competitors. This enables us to offer our customers high-precision products.

Whether digital dentistry or conventional dentistry, we offer products for both process chains. Our titanium bases and scan bodies are integrated into the most popular CAD systems. We also manufacture individual abutments based on the CAD data of our customers.

Our quality management processes are certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485 (EN ISO 13485). Our quality assurance system is certified according to Directive 93/42 / EEC (MDD 93/42 / EEC).

We deliver premium products at a fair price and communicate with our customers on an equal footing.

From a technical point of view, we draw our inspiration from the fact that our abutments are exposed to the highest levels of stress for many years in a demanding environment and still have to be sustainable, safe and reliable.

From a philanthropic point of view, we are driven by the intention to offer patients an alternative. An alternative in terms of price-performance ratio. For this we provide our customers with highly precise and durable abutments, which can significantly reduce treatment costs.
