Founded in 1999, LASEA provides laser micromachining solutions to some of the most prestigious companies in the world, including the top 3 Swiss watchmaking companies, 2 GAFA companies, leaders in the eyewear industry, as well as companies in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors (intraocular, vascular, and cochlear implants), and several major names from Silicon Valley.
LASEA employs around 200 people and has already installed more than 3,000 systems (manual machines or production lines operating 24/7) in over 30 countries (across 5 continents).
In addition to its headquarters in Belgium (Liège Science Park), LASEA has subsidiaries in Mons (Belgium), Bordeaux and Besançon (France), Biel (Switzerland), and San Diego (United States).
