of construction funds to build a new industrial park 24,000 square meters. It is located in Biotech and
Pharmaceutical Valley, Nanjing Jiangbei New Area, Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China.

Nanjing Shuangwei was established in 2001, putting forth the effort into two main businesses which are safe
blood transfusion and wound therapy, developing three platforms involving EO sterilization service,
Medical device agency platform, New material R&D and manufacturing platform. The company focuses on the R&D,
production, sales, and service of advanced medical devices.
