onCyt Microbiology AG is an official spin-off of Eawag (Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology), which is part of the ETH domain. We are based in Zürich, Switzerland and dedicated to bring high-quality Swiss engineering to customers worldwide.

Our comprehensive services include the introduction and adaptation of practical methods based on flow cytometry to multiple fields of microbiological research (water, marine, biotechnology) and industry.

Our main product, the OC-300, brings automation to the world of flow cytometry, making fully autonomous online monitoring possible for a wide range of applications.

We believe that time has come to switch from old, unreliable cell-counting methods, to flow cytometry as a modern tool that provides easy, quick and robust measurements, - and we are here to assist reserachers and industry in that shift.
