Open Tech 3D acquires the dental branch of the well-known Open Technologies Srl – owned by the American company FARO Technologies Inc., the global leader for 3D measurement, imaging and realization solutions for 3D Metrology, AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), and Public Safety Analytics.

These are the words of Alessandro Patrioli, co-founder of Open Technologies, now majority shareholder and CEO of Open Tech 3D.

Open Tech 3D is 49% owned by Nobil Metal Spa, a long-established partner of Open Technologies with which excellent products have been developed and marketed.

Thanks to this reinforced bond between Open Tech 3D and Nobil Metal Spa, the number of entities brought into contact is a pool of Italian, robust, cohesive and highly professional companies at the service of the dental sector, both in Italy and abroad.
