Seniorcare Interiors, S.L., with nearly 40 years of experience in the furniture industry launched a decade ago SENIORCARE, a brand exclusively dedicated to hospitals and to the senior living sector. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and distributing armchairs, chairs, tables, furniture, and accessories for the equipment of hospitals, clinnics, care homes, nursing homes, and of any senior living facility.

Our mission is to create products with innovative designs that fully cater to the needs of healthcare environments. This includes prioritizing comfort and convenience for both users and caregivers. Since the beginning, we have been characterized by an approach based on the constant concern to offer our customers quality and proximity services. This commitment has allowed us to build long-term relationships with our clients, which we are very proud of. Thanks to all the experience accumulated over the years, we can now offer collections with careful design, manufactured by a team that pays particular attention to details, to ensure the highest quality standards.

We also collaborate with renowned designers for some of our collections. For example, our UNNA collection was designed by studio Yonoh from Valencia (https://www.yonoh.es/).

All our products are Made in Spain, and our company has obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, which cover our entire design, production, and marketing processes, as well as our environmental policy.

Our seating collections are specifically designed for patients, for the elderly and for individuals with mobility impairments, incorporating features that enhance residents’ comfort.

-wider armrests that extend forward to facilitate transitioning from a seated to the standing position.

-seat foam tailored for extended daily use.

-backrests designed to provide optimal lumbar comfort.

-rounded edges to minimize the risk of impact-related injuries.

-reinforced stiching for greater durability and hygiene.

All our vinyl upholstery materials comply with the highest European specifications, ensuring proper breathability, comfort, safety, and sustainability. They offer antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antifungal protection, plus long-term protection against most hospital-acquired infections. Our main textile supplier is Spradling (https://www.spradling.eu/es) whose commitment to the Healthcare Sector is manifested in the constant development of new technologies relating to finishes and treatments, to ensure that the performance of their coated fabrics exceeds the rigorous technical standards required for furniture used in a medical environment such as anti-bacterial, resistance to abrasion and staining.

For our chairs and armchairs, we primarily use beechwood frames as this wood species offers natural antimicrobial properties and increased joint strength. Beechwood frames are also well-suited for environments with intensive use. Most importantly, in interior design projects within hospital environments, the incorporation of wood as a biophilic element is essential for enhancing the well-being of patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff. Beyond its physical properties, wood has a profound impact on the mood and emotional state of patients. Its natural qualities and ability to evoke a connection with nature create welcoming and relaxing environments that can reduce stress and anxiety. Additionally, the warmth and texture of wood provide a sense of comfort and familiarity, contributing to a more positive and healthy experience within the hospital setting for both patients and healthcare personnel.

Most of our company's products have undergone testing conducted by prestigious technological centres such as the Technological Institute of Furniture, Wood, Packaging and Related Industries (AIDIMME) in the Valencian Region, and the Technological Centre of Furniture and Wood of the Region of Murcia (CETEM). Further information about these centres can be found at http://www.cetem.es/ and https://www.aidimme.es/.
