We made a name for ourselves as the inventor of the blood collection chair. We have now been offering our customers an extensive range of practice equipment and medical furniture ‘Made in Germany’ for 50 years. Highest quality, safety & hygiene are always our basic understanding.
50 years of SIMPEX - a success story
The company history of SIMPEX began in 1972 in a small carpenter's shed in the centre of Schleswig-Holstein. We have now been enthusiastically producing medical furniture and practice equipment for doctors, clinics and laboratories in Germany and Europe for half a century. But this is just the beginning. Our Managing Director Benjamin Storm is full of enthusiasm for the future: ‘SIMPEX is the name to know when it comes to medical practice furniture - Made in Germany. I'm looking forward to making SIMPEX the brand name for medical furniture - not just in Germany, not just in Europe, but worldwide.’

Quality, safety & hygiene
SIMPEX stands for quality, safety and hygiene. We produce our medical furniture and practice equipment in accordance with the highest quality requirements and safety standards. At our company site in Wahlstedt, we therefore rely on our own development, design and production. Together with our suppliers, we ensure the high quality of our products through stress tests, load tests and constant checks. We use the best materials to ensure the durability of our products, from artificial leather to steel and screws.
We always focus on the physical safety of our products during use. For example, by inventing the pad spacer assembly, we have made it impossible for our treatment tables to get caught or crushed between the pad and frame. The product development of our VITA PORT electric table was based on the principle of integrated safety. This means that nobody is put in danger if the controls of our VITA PORT electric table are operated accidentally or incorrectly.
SIMPEX also makes no compromises when it comes to hygiene. The possibility of hygienic reprocessing for everyday use in practices and clinics is always at the centre of our products.
